Il film racconta la vicenda di una restauratrice d’organi che, nonostante il lockdown e la pandemia, che ha colpito per prima Lodi, nel marzo 2020, decide di andare avanti comunque a fare il suo lavoro. Anziché tornare a casa sceglie di rimanere nell’edificio dove sta restaurando un antico strumento.

Gabriele Fabbro (Milano, 1996) Regista, laurea in cinema alla New York Film Academy. Dal 2011 ha scritto, diretto e prodotto oltre 30 produzioni tra lungometraggi, cortometraggi, video musicali e spot pubblicitari. Tra i suoi lavori più recenti, ha diretto il video musicale “If You Run (2020)” per Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age). Il suo ultimo cortometraggio “8 (2019)” proiettato alla 76 Mostra del Cinema di Venezia e il suo primo lungometraggio “The Grand Bolero (2021)”, presentato in anteprima al Festival di Austin del 2021, è uno dei lungometraggi più premiati d’Italia del 2022 , in competizione per i David di Donatello Awards.

He’s a film director with a BFA degree in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy. Since 2011, he wrote, directed and produced over 30 productions including features, short films, music videos and commercials. Among his most recent works, he directed the music video “If You Run (2020)” for Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age). His latest short film “8 (2019)” screened at the 76 Venice Film Festival and his first feature film “The Grand Bolero (2021)”, premiered at the 2021 Austin Film Festival, was one 2022’s most awarded features from Italy and was in competition for the David di Donatello Awards, Italy’s equivalent to the Oscars.
